Send your expected monthly link volume and the niches your clients sit in. You get your tier, the per link rate and a start date in writing. The numbers you are confirming are on the rate card already, so the reply will not surprise you.

For a first order

Send, per client: the site URL, the pages you want linked, anchor guidance, and anything off limits. That is a complete brief. Every link is earned by outreach and sits inside a real article on a real publication, per the standards. The steps after that are described under how ordering works.

For everything else

Sample reports, anonymised placement examples, NDAs, carry over questions, an argument about DR as a metric: same address. Blunt questions get blunt answers, usually with a number in them.

What we do not do

Sales calls, unless you ask for one. Sequences of follow up emails when you go quiet. Contact with your clients, under any circumstances. One reply, the information you asked for, and the decision is yours.
