01The six steps
- 01Brief. You email the client site, target pages and anchor guidance.
- 02Confirm. We reply within one business day with scope, tier and start date.
- 03Build. We find angles and pitch real publications in the client's space.
- 04Place. Links go live progressively across the month.
- 05Check. Every link passes the acceptance checklist before it counts.
- 06Report. Month end: unbranded report, one line per link, plus the invoice.
02What goes in a brief
Four things per client: the site URL, the pages you want linked, anchor text guidance (exact, themed, or left to us), and anything off limits, such as competitor mentions or subjects the client will not want to appear near. That is one email, and it is the whole ordering admin. If you run several clients, one email per client keeps the threads clean, and we keep every client in its own separate campaign so nothing leaks between them.
You do not need to supply content, contact lists or logins. We build the story angles and write whatever the publication needs. Your client's involvement is zero, which is rather the point of white label link building.
03Timescales, honestly
First placements typically land inside the first 2 to 3 weeks of a campaign. The remainder arrive progressively across the month rather than in a single dump at the end, because real publications publish on their own schedules, not ours. If a month runs short, the shortfall carries into the next month and is delivered first. The exact carry over rules are written down under volume tiers, so there is no arguing about them later.
04Communication while the work runs
Everything happens on email at info@whitelabellinkbuilding.co.uk, one thread per client. Reply within one business day. There is no account manager rota and no portal login to forget. If you want a mid month status on a client, ask and you get the current link list by return. We never contact your clients, under any circumstances. Your client relationship is yours.
05After the first month
It rolls. Same volume, same rate, new links, unless you change something with 30 days notice. Each month closes with the report and the invoice. Most agencies forward the report to their client with their own commentary on top and their own price attached, which is exactly what it is designed for.
Q+AQuestions we get on email
- Can I dictate exact anchor text?
- You can set guidance per link: exact match, themed, or brand. We will flag anchors that look risky at the volume you want them, then do what you decide. Your client, your call.
- How quickly does the first link go live?
- Typically inside the first 2 to 3 weeks. Outreach to real publications has a lag; anyone quoting 48 hours is selling you something a publication never saw.
- My client is in a boring niche. Is that a problem?
- No. Boring niches are our bread and butter. Insurance, logistics, flooring, B2B software: there is always an angle a journalist will take, it just is not always glamorous.
